Globe Postpaid SIM Registration: How to Confirm with SIMREG

Globe Postpaid SIM Registration: How to Confirm with SIMREG

Last checked: October 27, 2026, against Globe’s official SIM registration pages. Independent guide, not affiliated with Globe Telecom.

Quick answer: Globe Postpaid and Platinum customers do not fill in the online form. Globe already has your details from your plan application. When Globe texts you to confirm your registration details, reply SIMREG to 8080. You receive a confirmation message once you are registered. To change your details, visit a Globe Store.

Postpaid registration works differently from prepaid because your identity was already checked when you applied for your plan. This guide explains each postpaid type. Prepaid users should follow our main Globe SIM registration guide instead.

Who this applies to

  • Globe Postpaid
  • Globe Platinum
  • Globe At Home postpaid (LTE@Home and wireless landline)
  • Globe Business Postpaid, including corporate-managed lines

Globe says that for these accounts, the data you submitted in your application is already in its system. Globe may contact you to confirm and complete your registration so it meets the SIM Registration Act.

Globe Postpaid and Platinum: confirm by text

  1. Wait for Globe’s text asking you to confirm that your SIM registration details are correct.
  2. Reply SIMREG and send it to 8080.
  3. Wait for Globe’s confirmation message that you are registered.

Only reply to the confirmation request if it arrived from Globe’s official sender. Globe never needs you to send your OTP, password or ID photos by text.

Globe At Home postpaid: confirm with your account number

  1. Wait for the text from Globe At Home asking you to confirm your registration details.
  2. Reply in this format: SIMREG <account number> <wireless landline or Super Home Phone number>
  3. Send it to 268204.
  4. Wait for Globe’s confirmation message.

To change your Globe At Home information, dial 211 from a Globe mobile number or visit a Globe Store.

Globe Business postpaid

Corporate-managed postpaid numbers are registered under the company’s name. Globe sends the requirements and steps to the company’s authorized representative, so employees do not register these lines themselves.

Ownership transfer, corporate postpaidRequest through GlobeEmail or call (02) 7730-1288

If an employee who used a company SIM resigns, Globe says the authorized representative must contact Globe to update the registration when the SIM was registered under that employee. If it was registered under the company or its representative, no update is needed.

New postpaid SIM

If you just got a new postpaid plan, the information in your application counts toward your registration. Globe may still text you to confirm it. You do not need to use the prepaid portal.

What if the text never arrives?

Globe’s pages do not set a deadline for the confirmation text. If you think your postpaid line was missed, contact Globe through Facebook Messenger or a Globe Store and ask them to confirm your registration status. You can also read how to check your Globe SIM registration status.

Changing details or transferring a postpaid line

Globe asks postpaid customers to visit a Globe Store to change registration information. Globe’s help page says ownership transfer is allowed for postpaid lines. Bring a valid ID; our requirements guide lists the IDs Globe accepts.

Watch for fake confirmation texts. A real Globe confirmation only asks you to reply SIMREG. A message that asks you to tap a link and enter your OTP or card details is a scam.
